0 0 => DSA mode 1 => VDU mode
1 'Double height mode' - draws each raster twice
2 Extension routine provided for DSA redraw
3 The application intends to use font substyles
4 Set if it is OK to use fast rectangle plot in VDU mode (eg output is not redirected to a printer)
5 Set if you want ZapRedraw to decide whether to use double height mode (it will set or clear bit 1)
6 Set if the optional parts of the redraw block are present
7 Right to left (VDU mode only)
