R1 -> menu structure
This SWI scans through the specified menu, altering its width and the widths of all its submenus, so that all the menus are the minimum width possible while still displaying the text correctly (and neatly).
Note that under RISC OS 3.5 the Wimp ignores the menu width and calculates it itself.
