This message is sent by the PlugIn to request that it be resized in its parent. Plugins should use this to resize their windows rather than just issuing Wimp_OpenWindow every time they need to resize, although you might perform the Wimp_OpenWindow as well as this message. The effect of resizing prior to receiving the reply is something you will have to judge for yourself.
The browser will respond with Message_PlugIn_Reshape, but because the windows may be reformatted, this message may not arrive for a period.
