This message is sent from the filing system specific filer to the Filer and specifies where to save a selection of files to when dropped on the filing system's icon bar icon. If your filing system specific filer serves several drives, first resolve the icon to a drive name.
If the system variable <FSName$DefaultDir> is set, append its contents to FSName::DriveName.$. so that the user can set a default save directory, or if unset just return FSName::DriveName.$ (no trailing dot) which results in selections being FilerAction copied to the root.
