VDU 10 moves the cursor down one line
In VDU 4 mode this is the text cursor, in VDU 5 mode the graphics cursor. Motion is to positive Y (default is down, set by VDU 23,16). If at the last line the screen is scrolled if scrolling is enabled (see also VDU 23,16).
