Class: Window class
Bits: 0 - Set means generate a Window_AboutToBeShown before showing window.
1 - Set means automatically open the window when Wimp_OpenWindowRequest is received.
2 - Set means automatically close the window when Wimp_CloseWindowRequest is received.
3 - Set means generate a Window_HasBeenHidden after hiding window.
4 - Set indicates that this template is of a toolbar.
