Bits: 0 - Set indicates that ProgInfo_AboutToBeShown
should be raised before object is opened.
1 - Set indicates that ProgInfo_DialogueCompleted
should be raised when the object is closed.
2 - When set include a Licence type field in the dialogue.
3 - When set include a WebPage button.
4 - When set generate an event for when WebPage is clicked.
