*Configure MonitorType sets the configured monitor type. Monitor types
are:
0 50Hz TV standard colour or monochrome monitor
1 Multiscan monitor
2 Hi-resolution 64Hz monochrome monitor
3 VGA-type monitor
4 Super-VGA-type monitor
5 LCD (liquid crystal display) - only available on portables
