Inetstat is used to display information on the status of network connections. There are a number of output formats depending upon the arguments given.
*Inetstat -n [ -aA | -r]
'r' parameter
give details of internal resource usage (the default)
'a' parameter
Show all sockets in default display
'A' parameter
Show all Process Control Block (PCB) addresses in default display
'n' parameter
Show numeric network addresses rather than using names where known. This generally helps speed up the command.
