*Configure Dumpformat sets the configured format used by the *Dump,
*List and *Type commands. Formats are:
0 GSTrans format (eg |A for ASCII 1)
1 Full stop '.'
2 d, where d is a decimal number
3 &h, where h is a hexadecimal number
