R1 = word aligned block for output
R2 = size of the block (can be 0)
<= R2 = decremented by number of bytes needed
R3 = individual block size
R4 = number of blocks placed in the buffer
Queries the details of a system mixer. Should be called twice, first to determine buffer size (R2=0), then again to fill in buffer.
