     R2,R3 =     R0,R1 as passed to OS_ValidateAddress
<=     R1 =     0 to indicate area is valid, else &6D to pass on

This service is issued when OS_ValidateAddress encounters an unrecognised area. It is not called for areas which should be mapped.
