This SWI is used to set the anti-alias palette. You should not use this if you're running in the desktop. Instead you should use Wimp_SetFontColours or ColourTrans_SetFontColours.
On RISC OS 3 and later, if R6 != 'True' then R4,R5 have their top nibbles copied to their bottom nibbles, so &12345678 becomes &11335500.
