bits 1-31 reserved
R2 = pointer to data
R3 = length, if bit 0 of flags clear
This call adds a comment marker to the JPEG output stream, allowing extra information such as which camera the image was taken with to be stored. It must be called after CompressJPEG_Start but before any lines are written, calling it multiple times adds multiple comment markers.
If bit 0 of the flags are set the data will be considered as a control terminated string and its length counted in order to fill in R3. Newline and tab are allowed to pass, any other control character terminates.
