1-16: MIDI channels 1-16 of receivers connected to MIDI port 0
17-32: channels 1-16 connected to port 1
33-48: channels 1-16 connected to port 2
49-64: channels 1-16 connected to port 3
<= R0 = new (or current) channel number
Set the MIDI channel and port number for subsequent commands to be sent on. This applies to all MIDI_Tx SWIs except MIDI_TxByte and MIDI_TxCommand. Use MIDI_Init to find the maximum port number installed.
