=> R0 = session log handle
R1 = priority
R2 = pointer to the data
R3 = number of bytes to log
R4 = base offset of block, or -1 for none.
Writes a data block to a log file in a similar form to *Dump. Attempts to log data blocks bigger than 10K will be faulted for your own good.
