This document defines a new client-server Centralized Conferencing Control
Protocol (CCCP) for manipulating a conference behavior by either a
conference participant or otherwise authorized entity that implements a
CCCP client. By implementing a CCCP server, a conference focus provides a
means for its clients to control the conference policy and the state of the
focus and other participants in the conference.
