Media Policy control is the mechanism by which participants of a conference
manipulates the media in the conference. The controls provided to
conference participants to mainpulate media enhances participants
experience in the conference. This document provides a minimum set of media
policy templates that can be instantiated during conference creation and
manipulated during the life cycle of a conference instance. The templates
define a conference properties like what streams are supported, what
controls are available etc. This work is being discussed on the
