QQP is a protocol which describes how a Sender transmits some SXDF data to
a Receiver, and what the Receiver will do with the data. QQP plays the role
of transport protocol for the QRPC webservice protocol, similar to how
XML-RPC and SOAP often use HTTP as transport protocol.
