Coconizer is an 8 channel Freeware music editor written by Eduard Pfarr of Armaxess. While replay speed is good, sound quality is terrible. The file format has somewhat rejuvenated with the DXen format, which is exactly the coconizer format except that samples can be 16-bit (distinction is made with filetype).
Coconizer allows sound samples and tracks to be saved separately.
